Spirit Trophy

The Spirit Trophy voyages are for year 10 students and comprise of a team of 10 students plus one teacher per school. There are four schools per voyage who compete against each other over a period of five days. The team with the most points at the end of the voyage, wins the Spirit Trophy.

All events include teamwork. problem solving, debate, ship's handling and aquatic sports in and on the water. Teams will go ashore for a day and complete a task against others that will involve ingenuity, leadership, excitment and reward and most of all FUN.

Applications are sent to all high schools at the beginning of the year, and schools are selected by way of ballot where consideration is given to those whom have not been sucsessful in the past. To find out more e-mail info@spiritofadventure.org.nz
