Log: SEPTEMBER 09
A fine crisp afternoon for four colleges to meet each other for the first time and head to sea, everything is new to them, and the competition starts tonight!
Log: SEPTEMBER 10
Brilliant breeze yesterday so after lunch set sail for Kawau Island, once close figured out how to tack a sailing ship then glided into Bon Accord harbour for the night.
Log: SEPTEMBER 11
Yesterday we went ashore to Mansion House to do beach games (on the grass) for the morning then a great walk to the old copper mine in the afternoon. Fighting for points all day.
The evening finished with a time tested MP show.
Log: SEPTEMBER 12
Moved out into Kawau bay and the weather kept us at anchor for two nights, no problem, the competitions continued, up and over, deck games kept us all occupied.
