A couple of days in and everyone is in great spirits. We have been learning the routines, safety inductions, climbing the mast, sailing, getting to know one another and generally setting up for an epic adventure. Today we had a nice sail to Coromandel and were treated to some friendly marine life enroute, a real highlight for many.

It's been an amazing past 2 days with lots of trainees stating they have been the best days yet!! We pumped up our rafts and headed to a near by beach for a bit of beach games and clean. After that we headed back across to Waiheke were we anchored off at Man O'War. Today we have set sail to Great Barrier Island where we are expected to anchor by 7:00pm!
