Log: 8/6

It's day 2 and the troops are off to a flying start. We had a lovely sail across to Motu Pōnui playing games and getting to know each other a bit. The team are currently leaping over the side for a swim...this cold snap isn't stopping them.

Another great day had by all. The team went ashore at Rotoroa this morning for a small hikoi before setting sail for Coromandel. It was lovely to see the schools mingling and enjoying the new friends.

It has been a fun couple of days filled with lots of friendly competition. Including beach games, raft racing, quizzes and more. The troops have just finished enjoying a swim in the sunshine and are now getting ready for the last evening on board. This will be our last post for the voyage.  You will hear the rest and who won the trophy from your rangatahi when they get home.
