1. Promoter

   The promoter of this competition is

   Spirit of Adventure Trust

   (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

   • Entry is open to individuals who attend one of the Ship Open Days in

     Nelson, Picton, or Wellington

     during the promotional period.

   • Entrants must be New Zealand residents.

   • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

   • To enter, attendees must complete the competition entry form at the event.

   • By entering, participants agree to be registered for the

     Spirit of Adventure Trust e-newsletter

     . You may unsubscribe at any time.

     cannot be transferred to any other voyage or date

   • Travel to and from the voyage start/finish point is the responsibility of the winner.

1. Two runner-up winners

   will each receive a

   Spirit of Adventure prize pack

   , which may include merchandise from the Spirit of Adventure Trust and selected sponsors.

2. Prize pack contents may vary and will be confirmed by the Promoter.

3. Medical & Participation Requirements

   • Both the adult and child must meet all

     Spirit of Adventure Trust medical, health, safety, and participation criteria

     required for voyage acceptance.

   • If either participant does not meet the required criteria, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be drawn.

4. Draw Details

   • The competition will be drawn on

   • All winners (major prize and runner-up prizes) will be contacted using the details provided on their entry.

   • Winners have

     7 days

     to make contact and confirm acceptance.

   • If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner after reasonable attempts, or a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a new winner.

5. Privacy

   • By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for competition administration and for receiving updates via the Promoter’s newsletter.

   • Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s

     Privacy Policy

     and the

     Privacy Act 2020

   • Information will not be shared with third parties except where required for administering the competition or permitted by law.

   • Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.

6. Publicity

   • By accepting a prize, winners agree that the Promoter may use their name and general details for reasonable promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested.

7. General

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
