Voyage 927E is well underway. With an efficient and enthusiastic team, we managed to leave the wharf early last night. We made our way to a calm anchorage behind Waiheke Island. En-route, everybody was given a good induction tour of the ship and introduced to shipboard routines. We were also treated to some cool wildlife sightings 😎👍

Today we started with a lovely swim to get the day off to a great start — more adventures await.

The last couple of days have been a great adventure for everyone onboard. Yesterday we enjoyed some quality time ashore on the beach, working in our watches. Some light wind sailing across the Firth of Thames gave everyone the chance to see the ship from the tender, which the trainees absolutely loved.

Today we started the day early with a modified morning swim. Everyone is in great spirits, and the trainees are saying they don’t want to leave. 😊
