TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE SHIP

Transport to and from the ship is not arranged by Spirit. However we're happy to help if you need any info or recommendations, it can be daunting heading to a city you haven't been to before!

To find the location, time, address and info about where you need to be and when all the info can be found on our travel page. This was also emailed to the person attending the voyage.

To make sure we know you have your plan sorted and to help our crew if there are flight delays etc, we send an email asking you to complete a travel form about 10 days prior to departure.

MEDICALLY FIT

When making a voyage booking participants are asked to complete our medical pre-screening process, this is to make sure everyone meets the medical criteria to join the ship.

Our voyages are physically and mentally challenging, so we want to make sure its right for everyone stepping on board. It's critical that all medical info shared is honest and completed in full so that our crew can make sure everyone stays healthy and safe. This information is kept strictly confidential.

Once a booking has been made, an email is sent to the person who booked the voyage, with a link to our medical declaration. This must be completed by the participant in order to fully confirm a space on a voyage.
